Key Responsibilities

The Software Architecture Director will play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of application projects to ensure the success of DELAN - IT Head Hunters' IT strategic plan amidst technological transformation.

Key tasks include:

  • Mobilizing, coaching, and leading a team of 6 Enterprise Architects
  • Managing application assets and their obsolescence
  • Ensuring technological alignment and optimality of the application architecture
  • Designing and maintaining the architecture of systems, applications, and cloud computing
  • Providing a 360-degree vision of current and future application projects
  • Participating in business, legal, and budgetary decisions related to IT
  • Collaborating with a team of 25 other IT professionals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, including as application architecture director
  • Professional experience in team management
  • Mastery of the 5 IT Architecture models
  • Experience in application and IT infrastructure aspects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good leadership
  • BAC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
