Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Distribution Centre Team Associate at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality audits and verify reports to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain high standards of excellence.
  • Operate power equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Review and maintain item-profiling requests from operations supervisors to ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Administer warehouse management system item/slot management, including new item setup, existing item maintenance, slot label maintenance, slot creation/deletion, frozen slot tracking and maintenance, item replenishment maintenance, and product recalls.
  • Process damaged products in a timely manner using proper procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Research and justify larger inventory adjustments for supervisor approval to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare and process the TPR report daily to maintain integrity and meet Walmart finance department timelines.
