Junior Reporting Analyst

We require a Junior Reporting Analyst who under the direction of our Optimization Lead gathers, analyses, and reports data related to core business performance metrics. This includes both internal and external metrics systems. This individual is responsible for ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable manner while supporting site managers with information that assists their decision making. This is a dynamic role; it will give you the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have been acquiring and grow based on your performance.

DETAILED ROLE OVERVIEW:

  • Manage all data entry functions into our cycle of reporting
  • Collect information to analyze and evaluate our current reporting systems
  • Research, plan, configure, troubleshoot, automate, and maintain reporting rhythms
  • Monitor the data integrity of data collection systems.
  • Monitor the output data to make sure that the reports are running correctly
  • Research and recommend enhancements to data collection systems.
  • Assist with establishing a comprehensive, efficient, and focused process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics.
  • Creation of process documents to create standardization of processes
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed

PREFERRED PREREQUISITES

  • University or College degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Power BI is an asset
  • Excellent organization, planning and prioritizing skills.
  • Proactive approach to problems and issues, working ahead of potential "glitches".
  • Must be highly organized and work well under pressure.
