Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Business Oversight Manager to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Change Management: Actively monitor regulatory developments and trends, and take appropriate action to ensure that our business operations comply with new or amended regulations.
  • Compliance Advisory: Provide compliance advisory support to our business units, ensuring that they are aware of and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Risk Management: Identify and assess regulatory risks, and develop and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Compliance Program Development: Develop and maintain compliance programs and policies, ensuring that they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to our employees on regulatory requirements and compliance procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or relevant experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
