Primary Accountabilities
  • Advocating for necessary supports and services
  • Organizing recreational activities for youth
  • Participating in community outings and meetings
  • Providing a safe environment for youth
  • Collaborating with professionals for holistic care
Responsible for reporting, case management, crisis intervention, and program development while incorporating personal talents.
Qualifications and ExperiencePreferably a Child & Youth Care Worker diploma holder with knowledge of trauma-informed approach and child development. Must have communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Equivalency
  • Related bachelor's degree or two years of related experience
