**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Outlook Health Centre. As a key member of our Residential Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual client care to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent nursing diploma.
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP) or equivalent.
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
