Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director in student assessments and personalized learning plans
- Support sales by engaging with leads and enrolling students effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with families and monitoring student progress
- Guide and train team members to provide tailored instruction in group settings
- Track student progress and engagement during sessions
- Provide on-the-job training to staff for their development
- Teach using Mathnasium Method both in-center and online
- Master digital educational tools
- Maintain a safe learning environment
- Assist with administrative duties as required
- Passion for math and teaching
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to balance education and sales responsibilities
- Proficiency in math up to at least Algebra I
- Good computer skills
All candidates must take a math proficiency test, show work authorization, and pass a background check.
Mathnasium locations are run by independent franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC. Franchisees handle all employment matters, and if hired, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
