We are seeking a highly skilled Family Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Family Lawyer, you will work with sophisticated, high net worth clients on complex Family Law matters involving support, property, and parenting issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal services to clients on Family Law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
  • Build and maintain a strong practice, working independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve Family Law disputes, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Family Law, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on building a strong practice and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
  • Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
