About the Role:

The Claims Audit Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Co-op/MDF line of business at 360insights. This position involves utilizing 360 Platforms, phone, and email tools to manage thousands of claims and interactions, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals, providing exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Be an expert on Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs
  • Apply policies and procedures in a detailed, accurate, and consistent manner
  • Scan and upload Pre-Approval and claim documentation, when necessary
  • Enter claims into 360's Platforms
  • Review and process Pre-Approvals and co-op advertising claims
  • Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
  • Be proactive in problem-solving and review different types of advertising for compliance
  • Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain and exceed individual KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality
  • Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy

Requirements:

  • High-quality business communication skills – written and verbal
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Ability to apply logic to grey areas
  • Working knowledge of percentages
  • Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset
