About the Role

As a Business Consultant, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to solve multidimensional problems, improve business and operational performance, and generate value for the health system. You will work across specialty areas, business units, and operations to pinpoint problems or highlight areas for business and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to solve complex problems and improve business and operational performance
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to drive business and operational improvements
  • Develop business cases, models, and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams to facilitate, coordinate, and deliver on improvements
  • Support business performance analysis and improvement of health services

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in an analytical or operations improvement role
  • 3 years of experience in project management, business case development, modeling, and/or analysis
  • 2 years of experience in leading multiple business process transformation and/or organizational change projects
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline such as commerce, business administration, or business analysis
  • PROSCI, PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is considered an asset
