  • Lead and support an Agile scrum team to deliver software products within Global Business Payments Technology.
  • Identify, escalate, and remove release and team impediments.
  • Manage the budget, schedule, risks, and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track projects through each phase of the project lifecycle.
  • Work with dependent teams to prepare execution plans.
  • Ensure milestones are met and projects have gone through all approval gates.
  • Document project status and assist teams in maintaining information repositories.
  • Maintain project risk trackers and communicate project risks to management.
  • Prepare work back schedules, roadmaps, and capacity planning at a project level.
  • Ensure a balance between team capacity and workload for successful project delivery.
  • Support app releases and rollout-related activities.

  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationships management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrates proactivity and accountability.
