Employment Requirements:
(a)

Basic English required (CLB Level 4) (b) Completion of secondary school required (c) Minimum three years of work experience in the construction industry Job Duties:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in different trades in residential and commercial properties Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Requisition materials and supplies Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions Prepare production, work progress reports and other reports
