The OMNI Department Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in meeting their shopping needs. Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Support: Provide assistance to customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of OMNI associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
