Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of associates, and ensuring a safe and clean shopping environment.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
• Delegate and assist with tasks such as customer availability process, price changes, and feature sets.
• Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Support with coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
