  • What you'll do:
    • Anticipate the needs of our customers and prioritize them in all your actions
    • Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success and promote colleague growth
    • Engage in community initiatives to build long-term relationships
    • Maintain merchandising and operational standards, and be responsible for financial objectives
    • Manage daily store operations
    • Provide input to shape business strategy
    • Stay updated on industry trends, suggest and implement creative ideas
  • What you'll need:
    • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build customer loyalty and community relationships
    • Proven track record of enhancing productivity, engagement, and retention
    • Experience in managing store operations in the grocery industry
    • Strong financial acumen to deliver excellent business results
