Responsibilities

  • Attend overnight shifts from 10pm to 6am
  • Identify and address ongoing resident needs to deliver top-quality services
  • Participate in resident evaluations and documentation, including health care services updates
  • Conduct monthly wellness visits and monitor residents' well-being
  • Communicate with residents' families to ensure their medical needs are met
  • Maintain medical supplies and provide clinical support to the community team
  • Follow infection control practices and adhere to regulations
  • Monitor residents' medication and treatment profiles
  • Participate in quality improvement and assurance meetings

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of nursing school with a current LPN/LVN license
  • Minimum of one year experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, assessment skills, and regulations
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to work flexible hours
