Leasing Agent Opportunity at Seville Property Group

Seville Property Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a critical role in managing apartment occupancies, facilitating lead generation, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain apartment occupancies to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Facilitate call and email leads, showcasing the benefits of our amenities and community to prospective residents.
  • Show available suites to prospective residents, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our properties.
  • Provide up-to-date rental information to prospective residents, ensuring a seamless rental process.
  • Closing sales effectively, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prepare, answer questions, and assist prospective residents regarding the rental process, qualifications, and application completion.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of application information and supporting documents.
  • Prepare move-in information upon approval of the rental application.
  • Facilitate administrative responsibilities associated with leasing activity, including rent collection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with residents, colleagues, and partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, including in-person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional time management skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales environment, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with leasing principles is an asset, as is proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bilingualism is a strong asset, and knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
