Baan Lao is seeking a talented Mixologist. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of high-quality cocktails and beverages to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create unique and delicious drink recipes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Create unique and innovative drink recipes that meet customer preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage ordersQualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Mixologist in a restaurant or bar setting and certificate/diploma in Mixology
  • Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast
  • paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
