  • Manage a flexible schedule, including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift
Sales
  • Work with your team to set sales goals and strategies to fill class spots
  • Lead the sales effort, including phone calls, texts, and local events to drive membership growth
Leadership
  • Foster a culture of growth and development among your team members
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing coaches
  • Utilize KidStrong's training tools to support ongoing professional development

Coaching

  • Actively coach 3-5 classes per week, tracking progress and attendance

  • Achieve Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training
Requirements
  • Coaching experience with children aged 15 months to 11 years
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to connect with parents and guardians
  • Practical experience with Google, Microsoft, and social media platforms
  • CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
