Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stockperson/Cartpusher at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with cart collection and returns, responding to customer requests, and safely assisting with carry outs or carry ins.
  2. Follow established guidelines for cleaning and maintenance of the restrooms, handling chemicals, and using power equipment.
  3. Adhere to safety and emergency procedures, including guidelines for hazardous communications, lockout/tagout, and blood-borne pathogens.
  4. Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to Company policy and procedures.
  5. Promote safety by wearing personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and a reflective vest during cart collection.
  6. Complete safety sweeps as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn and adapt to our fast-paced environment. You will be required to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring a positive customer experience.
