We are seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the Store.
As a Key Holder, you will lead by example, modelling behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for cash reconciliation, opening, and closing the store on a rotational basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with previous retail experience to take on their first supervisory role and embark on a long-term career with a leading prestige beauty company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Carry out cash reconciliation and opening/closing store duties
- Lead by example, modelling behaviors that inspire the sales team
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring store operations run smoothly
- Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country
