ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently pick customer orders, ensuring order accuracy
  • Match order numbers in the scanner and process shipment
  • Refills the racks and place the products on a specific designated area
  • Scan the boxes and label UPC numbers on the boxes
  • Post the labels on the carts, boxes and scan them
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately within the required timeframe
  • Separate the orders by delivery types; express, same day and long orders
  • Print orders and samples pick list
  • Operate RF scanners to accurately fill orders and effectively manage inventory
  • Check, verify and fill customer invoices
  • Complete orders and place filled boxes on conveyor belts for sealing and labelling
  • Process returns as required
  • Complete other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Work safely and follow all policies and procedures as documented
  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organized.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • High School Diploma
    • Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) preferred
    • Be a good team-player
    • Good data entry skills
    • Be dependable, able to drive results.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
