**Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to encourage optimum level of functioning.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care

**Requirements:**

  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Food Safe certificate
  • Valid driver's license

**Work Environment:** This is a community-based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel is required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care Networks.
