Job Summary: The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in ensuring a smooth transition of products through the warehouse, from inflow to outflow. This includes unloading, receiving, replenishment, put away, picking, labeling, counting, packing, shipping, and loading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring order accuracy
- Match order numbers in the scanner and process shipment
- Refill racks and place products on designated areas
- Scan boxes and label UPC numbers
- Post labels on carts, boxes, and scan them
- Complete paperwork accurately within required timeframe
- Separate orders by delivery types
- Print orders and samples pick list
- Operate RF scanners to fill orders and manage inventory
- Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
- Complete orders and place filled boxes on conveyor belts
- Process returns as required
- Complete other related duties as assigned by management
Safety:
- Work safely and follow all policies and procedures
- Ensure work areas are clean, neat, and well-organized
Competencies, Skills, and Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Be a good team-player
- Good data entry skills
- Be dependable and able to drive results
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) preferred
Work Environment:
This position requires extended periods of standing and walking, capable of heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
