Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Care Team Manager in assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and implement nursing services to ensure seamless patient care.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote a collaborative and team approach.
• Lead best practices in nursing care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP).
