Job Summary: Eastlink seeks a Service Technician to provide superior customer service in Dartmouth, NS, resolving service problems in the outside plant and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting service issues, maintaining the outside plant network, and fostering a safe work environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a recognized Electronics program
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
  • Customer-oriented individual with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 lbs, work in inclement weather, and safely work aloft from a ladder, pole gaffs, or bucket truck
