About the Job

The Kitchen Steward is the backbone of the hotel's culinary team, ensuring memorable dining experiences through a safe, clean, and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Consistently work as a teammate to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Clean and inspect flatware, tableware, kitchen equipment, and kitchen areas to a superior standard.
• Remove garbage and compost from the kitchen and supply equipment requirements for kitchen and outlets.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Highly responsible and reliable to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a pressure environment and maintain a positive attitude.
