Responsibilities:
  • Remove old windows safely and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition to new installations.
  • Unload and load materials from trucks to work sites, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
  • Install vinyl windows, steel doors, and fibreglass doors using hand tools and portable power tools, adhering to industry standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex installation issues, providing solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of workplace safety protocols, protecting yourself and colleagues.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Clean work sites safely and efficiently, disposing of old materials responsibly.
Requirements:
  • Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds, maintaining physical stamina throughout the workday.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in windows and door installation, with a proven track record of quality work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and customer interaction.
