Stockperson/Cartpusher Job Description

Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, parking lot, and store perimeter, and return them to a safe storage location while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with cart collection and returns, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests at registers and assist with carry outs or carry ins.
  • Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance of restrooms, handling chemicals and disposing of waste properly.
  • Adhere to safety and emergency procedures, including hazardous communication protocols and blood-borne pathogen guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures.
  • Wear personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and reflective vests, to promote safety.
  • Complete safety sweeps as required.
Compensation:

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.55, with rate determined by relevant experience.
