Nanny

Hello My name is Sylvia and I'm looking for an experienced nanny for my daughter in Squamish, British Columbia. I am looking for a part time nanny ( 20 hrs a week) starting April 2024 for my 1 year old daughter. Our current nanny is moving back to her home country in April. I specifically need childcare Wednesday and Thursday 8-5 while I work but opportunity to do more hours on a flexible schedule available
I also work away in Sechelt for about 1 x 5 day stretch a month. This is another opportunity for more hours if interested and travel, food and accommodation while away would be completely covered. I picture this being ideal for someone who wants to have more days off in a row. With travel for work, hours per month could be approximately 120 hours/month.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young children, and be able to provide light housekeeping, meal prep and will be comfortable around our lovely but energetic 7 year old golden retriever. Basic CPR is required but can be completed prior to starting. Driving license and own vehicle is preferred. I'm committed to finding the right person for my family and am prepared to pay $20-25 per hour depending on prior experience.

I hope to find an energetic and positive person who enjoys spending time with my daughter and bringing her to do different outings and activities around the community. I'm excited to welcome the right person to our family.
