For 100 years, Nedco has been a cornerstone in the electrical industry. With a wide range of quality products, we offer one-stop shopping for customers. The Counter/ Inside Sales Representative is responsible for completing the order process, offering pricing terms, sourcing additional products, and expediting orders in a quick and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly service customers via phone and counter sales
  • Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
  • Pick, receive, and ship duties when required
  • Maintain the showroom and counter shelves

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
