As a Self-Checkout Attendant at Walmart, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized self-service area, free of debris and foreign objects.
- Educate customers on the correct use of self-service options and promote company sponsor programs.
- Observe customer activities and provide assistance when needed, explaining the reasons for any interventions or quality checks.
- Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash or technical issues in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their home after use.
