This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is passionate about providing top-notch service and maintenance solutions in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and service tasks on a wide range of equipment and machinery, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems faults, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Liaise with clients to assess their service needs, offering technical advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in service and maintenance.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician in a related industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Technical certification or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to clients.
- A commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to work.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to client sites.
