Spa Director

Spirit Spa is looking for an energetic, people-focused Spa Director who aligns with our purpose to Serve Happiness and shares in our vision to create an exceptional salon spa experience.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality business leader who will take our Spa to the next level of service delivery, talent development and overall client experience. As Spa Director, you will be responsible for the scheduling and mentoring of a seasoned team of over 40 service providers and will be leading the operations of our wonderful north end location.

You enjoy hosting clients and can lead a team to deliver consistent and attentive service to our guests. You will develop, communicate and execute a plan that excites our team and helps grow our business. You are passionate about spa-going and will join our leadership team as we set out to make our mark as one of Canada's top spas.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in hospitality leadership in a busy spa/salon/hotel environment with a focus on exceptional guest experience.
• Proven ability to drive service and retail sales through a defined strategic plan.
• Strong communication skills to confidently explain information & converse with guests and staff.
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Organizational skills to effectively maintain day to day requirements
• Experience in managing a facility and overseeing required maintenance
• Understanding and contribution to marketing programs
• Motivated to grow your team and learn through our ongoing education.
• Previous experience as a service provider considered an asset.
