Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Sales Supervisor to join our team at Eddie Bauer, Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team to achieve sales goals and grow the business
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools
  • Model our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity
  • Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
  • Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
  • May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed)
What We Offer
  • Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed
  • The salary range for this position is $18.40-$18.90 / hourly
  • This position may be eligible for bonus and/or incentive based on relevant company performance
  • Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the position offered and work experience
  • In addition to your salary, Eddie Bauer offers a benefits package, including retirement plan with company match, paid time off programs, overtime pay (if hourly), flexible work schedule, and a generous employee discount program
