About the Role

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing a team of logistics professionals to achieve accurate and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise warehouse team members to ensure effective inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Oversee all warehouse activities, including order picking, planning, and execution of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, GMP, safety, HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
  • Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and indirect products.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, OTIF, and logistics expenses.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain required inventory levels and prevent inventory breaks.
  • Participate in audits and inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Act as SAP WM Super User for the warehouse team and develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the maintenance of logistics equipment and delivery vehicles.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
  • Excellent leadership, team spirit, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, organized, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using SAP enterprise planning system (an asset).
