Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Stocker Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and adhering to our company's standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning and stocking of the dairy and frozen food departments
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels
  • Maintaining features and displays
  • Keeping the area neat, clean, and organized
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a dairy or frozen food department
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
