Objectif du poste Contribuez à l'essor de l'électrification des transports Relevant du chef du département d'ingénierie d'application, vous êtes responsable d'accompagner les clients dans leur développement véhiculaire. Dans ce cadre, vous serez responsable de gérer des projets d'ingénierie, des requis ainsi que les plans de tests impliquant des modifications (logiciel, mécanique et électrique) à des produits existants. Vous participez à l'implémentation et à la validation des nouvelles fonctionnalités ainsi qu'au déverminage de différents problèmes chez les clients. Vous serez la personne référence en ce qui concerne les aspects techniques importants tant pour le support des produits existants que ceux en développement Tâches et responsabilités du poste Vos défis
• Assister les clients et équipes externes dans le développement de logiciels véhiculaires pour différentes applications : contrôle véhicule tout électrique ou hybride, transmission multi-vitesses, générateur, etc...;
• Assister les clients dans la sélection des produits de motorisation et dans le design des véhicules
• Supporter les clients sur site ou à distance pour effectuer des mises en service de produits Dana TM4 ou encore pour des meetings techniques
• Supporter les clients sur site ou à distance pour analyser des problèmes véhiculaires et identifier la source :
• Émettre une première analyse basée sur les informations initiales provenant du client;
• Travailler conjointement avec le client afin d'établir le protocole de tests à suivre pour répéter le problème et ainsi élucider la source;
• Développer & réaliser des simulations de performance véhiculaire;
• Développer et améliorer les outils de simulations internes ainsi que les outils de diagnostiques utilisés;
• Supporter pour définir les requis clients, établir la faisabilité et élaborer la quantité de travail à effectuer pour réaliser des modifications / nouveaux développements logiciels
• Supporter dans la réalisation de simulations d'analyses préprojet et la définition des risques reliés à son implémentation;
• S'impliquer activement dans la proposition et la réalisation d'activités d'innovation afin d'améliorer nos produits; (Performance, Fiabilité, Sécurité, etc)
• Travailler étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénieries
• Faire des présentations techniques à tous les niveaux de l'organisation du client Vos forces
• Maîtrise/Baccalauréat en ingénierie électrique, mécatronique ou logiciel
• Cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente en développement logiciel et en ingénierie des systèmes ou similaires
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes électrodynamiques
• Connaissance en logiciels et systèmes de contrôle
• Connaissance de Matlab Simulink
• Connaissance de C/C++
• Connaissance de Python (atout)
• Connaissance de bus de données CAN
• Orienté service à clientèle
• Sens de l'investigation et diagnostic
• Intérêt marqué pour le travail d'équipe
• Bilinguisme, français et anglais, (parlé et écrit)
