Channel Letter Fabricator
Pattison ID is a leading provider of physical space solutions for brands, with a strong presence in the US and Canada. We are seeking a skilled Channel Letter Fabricator to join our team in Pickering.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, with opportunities for voluntary overtime. As a Channel Letter Fabricator, you will be responsible for forming materials, attaching letter faces, installing and wiring LED channel letters, and operating metal fabricating machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form material using various techniques
- Punch material using Letter Lock
- Attach letter face
- Installation and wiring of LED channel letters on raceway
- Operate metal fabricating machines (shears, saws, breaks, bending machines, and punch)
- Drill, rivet/bolt components together
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Experience in channel letter fabrication, preferably with a focus on channel forming using a channel bender
- Experience working with punch presses, shears, and other metal fabricating machines
- Experience working with various materials, including aluminum, sheet metal, and plastic
- Ability to read blue prints or construction drawings
- High attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents
