Job Description:
The ER Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide direct client care activities, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients in the Emergency Room.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and care coordination.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree.
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS).
- Nursing diploma is acceptable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural setting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
