Travel Advisor Job Description

As a Travel Advisor at CAA Atlantic, you will play a vital role in helping our members and customers achieve their travel aspirations. Your expertise in travel planning, combined with exceptional client service, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultations: Meet with members and customers to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our members and customers to provide personalized travel solutions.
  • Travel Promotion: Utilize social media platforms to promote travel opportunities and destinations.
  • Travel Booking Management: Design customized itineraries, ensure timely follow-up, and provide regular communication to our clients.
  • Destination Expertise: Provide clients with essential information about travel destinations, including entry requirements and other relevant details.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the service and hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or a business in the tourism sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and relationship development.
  • Basic knowledge of travel through personal experiences.
  • Ability to learn new travel-specific programs and technologies.
  • Willingness to earn CTC/CTM certification.
