As a Produce Stocker at Walmart Canada, you will develop your skills in the retail industry by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and zoning the produce area, and stocking and selling goods. You will be responsible for rotating stock, checking for expired products, and ensuring the merchandise is properly signed and priced. You will also adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures. This role requires a strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include:
• Rotating stock and checking for expired products
• Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced
• Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures
• Maintaining and zoning the produce area
• Stocking and selling goods
• Working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that is committed to delivering excellent customer service
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Minimum qualifications include:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maneuver merchandise
