Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and present compelling presentations and written artifacts for executive-level audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and achieve business and technology visions and objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least ten years of work experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role managing teams and technology projects
- Prior management consultancy experience, especially within the telecom, technology, or related fields
- Executive presence with clear, confident communication skills capable of engaging and persuading high-level audiences
- Quick at grasping technical concepts, with a high degree of technical acumen
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis abilities, with proven capabilities in creating clear, structured, and impactful written and visual content for executive audiences
- Advanced proficiency in using major collaboration tools for day-to-day operations and content development
- Agile and lean mindset in project management and operation
- Excellent facilitation skills with a proven record of developing and delivering effective workshops
- Highly motivated and committed to work under tight timelines, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
