Job Title: Environmental, Social, and Governance Specialist

TD Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist to join our team. As an ESG Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the bank's ESG strategy and initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the integration of ESG considerations into our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business decisions and strategy development.
  • Develop and implement ESG metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations, including risk management, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide ESG training and education to colleagues and stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of ESG principles and practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of ESG-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ESG concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
