We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a General Merchandise Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with the sale of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
- Cover assigned areas on the sales floor, including zoning and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with stocking and recovering merchandise, including moving feature merchandise to its modular home.
- Work with other associates to ensure floor coverage and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Contribute to the success of the store by communicating effectively with colleagues and adhering to company policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
