General Merchandise Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Cover assigned areas on the sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Zones assigned areas, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with stocking, downstocking, and product protection, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is secure.
  • Communicate with colleagues to ensure floor coverage and maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
