Journeyperson Fitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Fitter to join our team at Prolium, a leading provider of above ground storage tank maintenance services. As a Journeyperson Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work completed is done on time, to a high standard, and in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tank maintenance and repair work in accordance with CSA/ASME standards
• Fabricate tank structures and associated fittings
• Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a quality product is delivered

Requirements:

• H2S Alive certification
• Fall Protection certification
• Confined Space Entry and Monitor certification
• OSSA BSO or CSTS-09 certification
• WHMIS 2015 certification
• Journeyman Ticket
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
