Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Overnight Staff member at our Carleton Place program. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the safety and well-being of our youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for our youth
• Assist with daily living activities, including housekeeping and cooking
• Support youth in individual and group therapy sessions
• Assist with community-based services, including medical, personal, recreational, and educational needs
• Resolve conflict situations and provide crisis intervention

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Child and Youth Care Worker (CCW/CYW/CYC) Diploma, Social Service Worker (SSW) Diploma, Community Justice Worker (CJW), or Police Foundations (PF) Diploma
• Similar experience working in Social Services will also be considered

• Valid G Driver's Licence
• Medical Exam
• Immunization Records

Working Conditions:

• 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, holidays, and weekends
• In-person work location

Compensation:

$22.00-$25.00/hr, including a $3.00/hr government wage enhancement
