We offer a competitive starting wage of $20.49 per hour, with opportunities for additional hours and charter route work. Our drivers enjoy a guaranteed 4-hour shift and the support of our industry-leading technology to guide them through their daily routes. We also provide a child ride-along program and a flexible schedule with no nights or weekends required.
Key Responsibilities
As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, prioritizing vehicle maintenance through pre- and post-trip inspections, and providing support to students as needed. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. We require our drivers to be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license for at least one year, and undergo a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.
