Job Title: Senior Software Developer

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development of our iOS and tvOS apps. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features for our iOS and tvOS apps using Swift and UIKit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Work closely with our DevOps and SRE teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of our apps.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that our codebase meets the highest standards of quality and maintainability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on iOS and tvOS development.
  • Proficiency in Swift and UIKit, with experience in developing consumer apps.
  • Knowledge of video playback on iOS and tvOS apps, with experience in working with VOD.
  • Experience in modern DevOps and SRE practices, including CI/CD, performance monitoring, and incident management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
